Soul Medicine Sanctuary

Soul Medicine Sanctuary is a small, independently run space, and our offerings — events, workshops, retreats, lodging, and contributions — depend on reserved space, prepared materials, and commitments we hold in advance. For that reason, payments are generally nonrefundable. We keep this policy simple and clear so our care can stay where it belongs: on the work and the people in the room. Please read it before you book.
All sales are generally final
Payments for events, workshops, classes, retreats, lodging, digital items, and contributions are nonrefundable, except in the specific situations described below. There is no return window — once a purchase is complete, it is yours. We offer experiences, digital items, and in-person space, not shipped goods, so there are no product returns or shipping refunds.
Events, workshops & classes
Registrations are nonrefundable. You are, however, welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — but please check with us first via email before you do, as some gatherings require pre-approval or are a particular fit. We will help you arrange a transfer wherever we can. You are also welcome to donate your spot to someone in need — a gift we are honored to pass along; just let us know, and we will do our best to place it with someone who would cherish it.
Lodging & retreat stays
Your deposit holds your spot and is nonrefundable, with one exception: if another guest takes your reserved spot, your full deposit is returned to you, less a 20% administration fee. Cleaning and shared-space fees are handled according to the lodging terms you agree to when you book.
Contributions, tips & gifts
Contributions, gratuity, and gift or offering payments are nonrefundable — they are freely given support, not a purchase.
Illness, injury & unavoidable circumstances
Life happens. In cases of genuine illness, injury, or truly unavoidable circumstances — including severe weather or travel disruptions — we may offer a credit, a transfer, or a partial refund at our discretion. Please reach out, and we will do our best to find a caring solution.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event ourselves, you will be offered a transfer to the new date or a full refund of your payment for that event.
