Who we are
Soul Medicine Sanctuary is a community gathering and rental space in Longmont, Colorado, owned and run by me, Sabrina Santa Clara. This website is https://soulmedicinesanctuary.com. Here at Soul Medicine Sanctuary, your privacy is respected. This page explains what information Icollect, how I use it, and the rights you have. What I Collect
I keep this to a minimum. I only collect personal information you choose to give me, plus a small
amount your browser shares automatically.
Information you Give me
- When you contact me or inquire about renting the space or attending an event: your name, email,
phone number, and whatever you include in your message. - When you join my email list: your name and email address (and, optionally, topics you’re
interested in). My email list is managed through Mailchimp. - When you complete a waiver or rental agreement: the information and electronic signature that
form requires.
Information collected automatically
- Like most websites, my host records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type
in its server logs. This helps keep the site secure and running. - I use only the essential cookies needed for the site to function. I do not use advertising or
analytics tracking cookies.
Email Signups
I only add you to my email list if you sign up for it, and it’s managed through Mailchimp. You can
unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by reaching out to me.
Forms and Electronic Signatures
My contact, booking, waiver, and rental-agreement forms are provided by a third-party form service, Jotform,
which processes and stores the information you submit on my behalf.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos or maps. Embedded content from other
websites behaves as if you had visited that website directly, and those sites may collect data about
you.
Who I Share Your Data With
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me
run the site and my offerings — for example my website host, my form and e-signature provider, and
(if used) my email provider — and only as needed to serve you. I may also disclose information if
required by law.
How Long I Keep Your Data
I tend to keep inquiry, booking, and email information for as long as it may be useful — I don’t
delete things on a set schedule. Email list information stays until you unsubscribe. Waiver and rental
records are kept as long as needed for legal and safety reasons. If you’d like me to remove your
information at any point, just ask (see “Your rights” below) and I will.
Your Rights
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. If you are in the
EU or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR. To make a request, reach out through my
contact page and I will respond.
Changes to this Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
