Presence & Emergence

A ceremonial circle for those ready to move beyond connection, into communion.

This circle is not an entry point. It is for those who have being doing the work: you have a practice of speaking the truth of your experience and listening and holding presence, and still something in you is reaching for more. If you are hungry to go deeper, this is for you.

You have sat in circles, done your own deep work, learned to speak with honesty and to listen with your whole self. And still, so often, the container closes just as things begin to open, right at the edge where the deeper thing was about to reveal itself.

Presence and Emergence is for that edge. This is not an introduction to connection. It is the rarer practice that lives on the far side of it: communion. We come as people who already share a language of presence and honesty, and we use it to drop past the familiar depths into something more unguarded, more ceremonial, more alive. And in that dropping, we emerge a little more whole, both as individuals and as a circle.

How the Gatherings Unfold

We begin with nurturing nibbles as we settle in and move gently through our shared agreements, the soft container that lets a circle of people feel safe enough to be unguarded. From there I guide us into a somatic practice, a way to attune to the truth of our embodied experience in the present moment. Then we open the circle as ceremony and step into the heart of the evening: connection practice woven from an integration of Internal Family Systems, authentic relating and circling, embodiment and ceremony. We speak what is alive, we listen in a way most spaces never allow, we share impact, and we meet, and let ourselves be truly met. We close the circle with the same intention we opened it, so you leave whole and carry something of the evening home.

Who Holds the Space

If you don’t know me yet, I’m Sabrina. My deepest and most pernicious wound has been around loneliness and belonging, and learning how to be in honest connection has been the practice of a lifetime. So this work is not theory for me. It is the medicine I needed, and still need.

So many paths have helped me find my way toward connection: Buddhist psychology, somatic and embodiment practice, ritual and ceremony, neoshamanism, Internal Family Systems, and Authentic Relating and Circling. I am a Certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, a spiritual doula and somatic guide, and I hold degrees and certifications in somatic psychology, psychedelics, and a variety of meditation and embodiment modalities. I weave all of these practices and ways of being together to create spaces where we can set down our armor, live fully into our wholeness, and remember that we belong to one another.

If these feel like home, or like the edge you want to grow into, I would love to have you. I keep these circles intentionally small, so registering early is wise. Or if you have questions before you register, just reach out
